If a person had not paid his/her taxes for longer period say a year or so than he/she might be worried about the consequences. You may also be worried that if you try to correct the problem than and pay all the dues than you might get into trouble because of the missed payments. As for this reason some people avoid to pay the taxes year after year and which will lead to a more serious problem as the year passes.
It should be kept in mind that if these non-payments are discovered by some other means than you will be in very big problem rather than if you tell the IRS yourself. Continue reading…
